Refund Policy

14-day refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if: Pumpkin Lights doesn't run on your Mac and we can't fix it after you contact us; you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or you paid but never received your licence key or the download.

Before you buy

Pumpkin Lights is a low-priced app you can download straight away, so please check that it suits your Mac first: it needs a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. The pictures and videos on this site show the real app.

How to ask

Write to hi@boyucheng.me with your order number, or request a refund through paddle.net, where you can look up your order. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes all refunds and may also issue them under its own buyer terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

When you'll see it

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The licence ends when the purchase is refunded, so please delete the app.
